Responsibilities

• Receive consignor enquiries and ensure proper documentation to sell transportation items at auctions
• Gain and apply knowledge of the business processes to best support customers
• Ensure external customers have a positive experience doing business with Ritchie Bros.
• Ensure internal customer requests are acted on timely and accurately
• Resolve issues and track interactions related to customer requests
• Provide information related to upcoming auctions and equipment
• Proactively report areas of customer concerns
• Perform other duties as required; e-clerking duties if needed
• Work closely with Territory Managers
• Maintain confidentiality with contracts and consignors
• Provide proper documentation to buyers to register purchases at RBA auctions
• Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned
