Responsibilities
- Manage attorney development and onboarding for assigned cohort.
- Coordinate staffing and project assignments with matter teams and practice groups.
- Collaborate with Talent Management, Practice Management, and Employee Relations on development strategies.
- Lead training and development initiatives and oversee bi-annual reviews.
- Identify trends and advise leadership on hiring, onboarding, retention, and advancement.
