Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking an Attendance Performance Manager to oversee employee attendance compliance, track records, and administer the attendance point system. The role supports operational efficiency, workforce accountability, and legal policy adherence.

The position requires handling disciplinary actions, audits of attendance records, and collaboration with HR on FMLA and accommodations. Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Operations, workforce management and/or human resources.
• Proficiency in HRIS, AOD, timekeeping, or workforce management systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe skills (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills for review and storage of attendance files.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate employee attendance records, including absences, tardiness, and leave usage in AOD.
• Administer the attendance point system with timely updates.
• Monitor attendance trends and identify patterns of concern or policy violations.
• Partner with HR and leadership to address attendance issues proactively.
• Develop attendance incentive programs to encourage positive attendance behaviors.
