Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking an Attendance Performance Manager to oversee employee attendance, track records, and administer the attendance point system across departments. The role supports operational efficiency, ensures fairness, and enforces company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities include auditing records, partnering with HR, implementing incentive programs, issuing disciplinary actions, and generating attendance reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in Operations, workforce management and/or HR.
• Proficiency with HRIS, AOD, timekeeping, or workforce management systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe skills (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience managing attendance systems and discipline processes.
• Union environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate employee attendance records.
• Administer attendance point system and ensure updates.
• Monitor trends and identify policy violations.
• Partner with HR and leadership to address issues.
• Develop attendance incentive programs.
• Enforce attendance and conduct policies with disciplinary actions.
• Issue and track corrective actions.
• Ensure actions are compliant with policies and laws.
• Coordinate with HR on FMLA and accommodations.
• Ensure OJI coding in the system.
• Create attendance tracking methods and reports.
• Provide recommendations to leadership.
• Train supervisors on tracking systems and processes.
• Address employee inquiries about attendance and points.
• Collaborate with HR on escalated employee relations issues.
