Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking an Attendance Performance Manager to oversee employee attendance records, administer a points system, and ensure fair disciplinary actions in alignment with laws and policy. The role supports workforce accountability and operational efficiency across the U.S.

and multiple locations. The candidate will collaborate with HR and leadership, manage audits of attendance data, and ensure FMLA/accommodation requests are properly processed.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in Operations, workforce management, and/or HR.
• Proficiency in HRIS, AOD, timekeeping, or related systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe skills (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience managing attendance systems and employee discipline processes.
• Three years in a union environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate employee attendance records (absences, tardiness, leave) in AOD.
• Administer attendance point system with timely, consistent updates.
• Monitor attendance trends and address policy violations with HR/leaders.
• Develop attendance incentive programs to promote positive behavior.
• Enforce attendance and conduct policies with consistent disciplinary actions.
