Worldwide Flight Services is seeking an Attendance Performance Manager to oversee attendance records, administer point systems, and ensure fair disciplinary actions. The role partners with HR to ensure compliant handling of absences, FMLA, and accommodations while driving accountability and efficiency across operations.

The candidate will analyze attendance data, generate reports, and train managers on policies and processes to promote reliable schedules and improved performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate attendance records in AOD, including absences and leave usage.
• Administer the organization's attendance point system with timely updates.
• Monitor attendance trends and identify policy violations or patterns.
• Partner with HR to address attendance issues proactively.
• Develop attendance incentive programs to encourage positive behavior.
• Enforce attendance and conduct policies with disciplinary actions.
• Track corrective actions and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Audit attendance records for accuracy and consistency.
• Support FMLA and accommodation requests with HR.
• Create attendance metrics and reports for leadership.
• Train supervisors on tracking systems and disciplinary processes.
• Collaborate with HR on escalated employee relations issues.
