Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking an Attendance Performance Manager to oversee employee attendance compliance and disciplinary actions, supporting operational efficiency and policy adherence. The role requires strong experience in workforce management, HR systems, and detailed reporting in a union environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining attendance records, administering the point system, and partnering with HR to address attendance issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, workforce management and/or human resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate employee attendance records, including absences and leave usage.
• Administer attendance point system with timely updates.
• Monitor attendance trends and identify patterns of concern or policy violations.
• Partner with HR and leadership to address attendance issues proactively.
• Develop attendance incentive programs to encourage positive attendance behaviors.
• Enforce attendance and conduct policies through consistent disciplinary actions.
• Issue and track corrective actions, including verbal and written warnings and escalations.
• Ensure disciplinary actions comply with company policies and laws.
• Coordinate with HR on FMLA and accommodation requests.
• Ensure proper coding of on-the-job injuries in the system.
• Create attendance tracking methods and regular reports on metrics and actions.
• Train supervisors on attendance tracking systems and disciplinary processes.
• Support employees and managers with attendance inquiries and escalations.
