Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking an Attendance Performance Manager to oversee employee attendance compliance, track records, and administer disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

The role partners with HR and leadership to address attendance issues, develop incentive programs, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining workforce accountability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Operations, workforce management and/or human resources.
• Proficiency in HRIS, AOD, timekeeping, or workforce management systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe skills (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee attendance records including absences, tardiness and leaves using AOD.
• Administer attendance point system with timely updates and reviews.
• Monitor trends and advise on policy violations and corrective actions.
• Partner with HR/leadership to address attendance issues proactively.
• Develop attendance incentive programs to promote positive behavior.
• Enforce attendance and conduct policies with consistent disciplinary actions.
• Document disciplinary actions per policy and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with HR on FMLA and accommodations processing.
• Audit attendance records and disciplinary actions for accuracy.
• Generate reports on attendance metrics and disciplinary status.
• Train supervisors on tracking systems and processes.
• Serve as SME for attendance policies and disciplinary procedures.
