Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking an Attendance Performance Manager to oversee employee attendance, discipline, and compliance. You will manage attendance records, administer the point system, and drive fair disciplinary actions in coordination with HR and leadership.

Responsibilities include policy enforcement, auditing records, and supporting FMLA processing while ensuring regulatory compliance and workforce accountability across locations.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in Operations, workforce management or HR
• Proficiency in HRIS, AOD, timekeeping, or similar systems
• Strong MS Office and Adobe skills (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping for attendance files and compliance
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
• Experience with attendance systems and discipline processes preferred
• Three years in a union environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee attendance records including absences, tardiness and leave in AOD
• Manage attendance point system updates and trends analysis
• Identify patterns of concern and collaborate with HR/leadership to address issues
• Develop attendance incentive programs to improve behavior
• Enforce attendance and conduct policies with consistent discipline actions
• Document corrective actions and obtain HR approvals for procedures
• Audit attendance records and disciplinary actions for accuracy
• Assist with FMLA and accommodation processing with HR
• Ensure proper coding of on-the-job injuries in the system
• Train supervisors on attendance tracking and disciplinary processes
• Collaborate with HR on escalated employee relations issues
