Job summary

The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates is seeking a full-time Operations Specialist to join the Member ATM Alliance (MAA) Team in Duluth, Georgia. You will support daily financial operations, monitoring ATM activity, processing reports, and ensuring accurate settlements with a focus on reliability and responsive service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of customer service or related professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day financial and operational activities for MAA.
• Monitor operational activity and review financial reports.
• Identify discrepancies or suspicious activity and communicate with credit unions.
• Provide timely, responsive service and maintain uptime of ATM network.
• Process daily financial reports and balance settlements.
• Generate reports on performance, returns, adjustments.
• Follow MAA policies and safeguard information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
