Job summary

The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates is seeking a full-time Operations Specialist to join our Member ATM Alliance (MAA) Team in Duluth, GA. The role focuses on ensuring accurate transaction processing, reporting, and reliable ATM network operations, while safeguarding information and systems.

You will monitor activity, analyze reports, identify issues, and provide timely, responsive service to participating credit unions, helping operate an efficient ATM network and prevent losses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of customer service or related professional experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of credit union services and the products offered by MAA and related support organizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with participating credit unions by providing responsive, service-focused support.
• Maintain knowledge of MAA products and services to help credit unions identify opportunities and utilize solutions.
• Follow MAA policies, procedures, standards, and security measures to ensure consistent service and safeguard information.
• Monitor the MAA network and systems to support uptime and availability of ATMs; communicate issues to credit unions until resolution.
• Process daily financial reports to support accurate settlement and balancing; analyze ATM activity and classify data.
• Generate and distribute reports on transactional performance, returns, adjustments, and other activity.
• Review ATM deposits for suspicious activity and notify credit unions to mitigate potential losses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates (The League) is seeking a full-time Operations Specialist to join our Member ATM Alliance (MAA) Team.

Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day financial and operational activities of Member ATM Alliance (MAA), helping ensure accurate transaction processing, settlement, reporting, and reliable ATM network operations. This position monitors operational activity, reviews and analyzes financial and transactional reports, identifies and communicates potential issues, and supports participating credit unions through timely and responsive service. The Operations Specialist also helps safeguard MAA and its participating institutions by identifying discrepancies or suspicious activity and ensuring issues are appropriately communicated and resolved.

You Will Take Ownership Of:

• Developing a strong understanding of credit union services, financial operations, and the products and service capabilities offered by MAA and its related support organizations.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with participating credit unions by providing responsive, service-focused support.
• Maintaining knowledge of MAA products and services to help credit unions identify opportunities and effectively utilize available solutions.
• Following MAA policies, procedures, standards, and security measures to ensure consistent service delivery and safeguard information and organizational resources.
• Monitoring the MAA network and associated systems to support the uptime and availability of participating institutions' ATMs. Communicating system issues to credit unions and following through until resolution.
• Downloading, reviewing, and processing daily financial reports to support accurate settlement and balancing. Analyzing ATM activity reports and appropriately classifying transactional data.
• Generating and distributing timely and accurate reports related to transactional performance, returns, adjustments, and other operational activity.
• Conducting timely and accurate reviews of ATM deposit items, identifying potentially suspicious activity, and notify participating credit unions as appropriate to help mitigate potential losses.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Work Schedule:

As an Operations Specialist, you will work a standard schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend commitments as business needs require. This position is based out of our Duluth, Georgia office.

The role requires occasional travel, which may include both air and ground transportation. A valid driver's license is required.
