Job summary

Virginia Credit Union in Midlothian, TX is seeking a detail‑oriented Cash Operations Specialist to handle daily ATM settlement tasks, reconcile feeds, and ensure accurate posting to ledgers.

You will coordinate with card and cash vendors, monitor outages, and support testing and documentation for reconciliations, while delivering quality member service.

This role requires strong Excel skills, the ability to multitask in a high‑volume environment, and a willingness to work Saturday hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Knowledge of Reg CC and Reg E is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and Excel proficiency.
• Effective communication and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions accurately and seek approval for exceptions.
• Provide quality member service consistent with expectations.
• Post adjustments and support reconciliation processes.
• Prepare and maintain Excel logs and reports.
• Investigate ATM/PSCU outages and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on settlements.
• Support business continuity and quarterly testing.
• Comply with enterprise policies and training requirements.
