Job summary

Georgia United Credit Union in Duluth, GA is seeking a Branch Operations Analyst to provide operational and back-office support to the Director of Retail Operations and the branch network. You will research and resolve questions related to retail operations, policies, and procedures, escalating matters as needed.

The role covers ITM/ATM operations, service requests, balances, vendor coordination, reporting, and training coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; degree recommended.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in operations, branch support, cash operations, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of financial institution regulations and branch controls relevant to cash handling and ITM/ATM operations.
• Experience with core transaction processing, lending workflows, appointment scheduling, cash recyclers, ITMs/ATMs, or similar systems.
• Experience using service ticketing tools, operational reporting systems, and ITM/ATM applications.
• Experience supporting retail banking/credit union ITM/ATM operations preferred.
• Experience with MoniManager or similar ITM/ATM management platform preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and back-office support to the Director of Retail Operations and branch network.
• Coordinate and monitor branch cash and ITM/ATM operations including balancing and service requests.
• Serve as the primary ITM/ATM operations contact with vendor communications and escalation to leadership.
• Coordinate with service providers for ITM/ATM maintenance and scheduling; escalate to Director as needed.
• Support ITM/ATM project implementations, deployments, and post-implementation follow-up.
• Monitor branch compliance with procedures; compile findings and report improvements to leadership.
• Assist in developing and communicating retail operational policies, forms, and training materials.
• Prepare and distribute departmental reports on service, cash, balancing, and operational metrics.
• Maintain accurate records and vendor information for ITM/ATM units.
• Coordinate meetings and training sessions related to retail operations and ITM/ATM processes.
• Support operations projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
• Establish and maintain relationships with branch staff, internal departments, and vendors.
