Job summary

Georgia United is seeking a senior operational specialist to support the Director of Retail Operations and the branch network. You will coordinate cash and ITM/ATM activities, manage service requests, and ensure compliance with procedures and controls.

The role requires five years of operations experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ITM/ATM platforms. You will work cross-functionally with branches, vendors, and internal teams to drive efficiency and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/finance-related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in operations or financial services.
• Knowledge of financial institution regulations and risk controls.
• Experience with core transaction processing, ITM/ATM operations, and related workflows.
• Proficiency with service ticketing tools and operational reporting systems.
• Experience supporting retail banking, lending, or ITM/ATM operations preferred.
• Experience with MoniManager or similar ITM/ATM management platform preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, judgment, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational ability, attention to detail, and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational and administrative support to the Director of Retail Operations and branch network.
• Coordinates branch cash and ITM/ATM operations, including balancing and service requests.
• Serves as primary contact for ITM/ATM matters, vendor communications, and issue tracking.
• Coordinates service requests with cash/ITM providers and escalates complex issues.
• Supports ITM/system deployments, upgrades, and post-implementation follow-up.
• Monitors branch compliance and reports findings to leadership.
• Develops and communicates retail operational policies, procedures, and training.
• Prepares departmental reports on service, cash, balancing, vendors, and risk.
• Maintains records, inventories, and equipment status for ITM/ATM units.
• Coordinates meetings, training, and vendor activities.
