Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union seeks a Business Intelligence Specialist to support the ATM Strategy team, delivering analytics, insights, and data-driven recommendations to optimize the ATM network and member experiences. You will blend critical thinking with storytelling to create actionable insights and dashboards.

The role requires collaboration with Data Analytics teams, analysis of KPIs, and consideration of geographic and demographic factors to guide ATM placements and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ minimum experience working in analytics, preferably in the financial services industry.
• OR Associate’s degree with 5 years minimum experience working in analytics, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, financial, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with statistical methods, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate member data into actionable business plans for ATM network.
• Develop dashboards to monitor transactions and identify trends.
• Analyze geographic and demographic data to inform ATM placements.
• Track KPIs and FCIs to identify operational gaps.
• Coordinate deployment logistics for disaster relief efforts.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to improve insights.
