Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in banking operations or related field of banking.
• Attention to detail with solid project management or technical skills.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret moderately complex business situations.
• Strong collaboration, persuasion, negotiating and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to motivate peers and vendor groups to take desired action.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead, and mitigate risk for assigned function as delegated by management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and third-party partners to meet deadlines.
• Make decisions on business rules, workflows, and service delivery quality.
• Influence ATM Channel strategy with fleet performance and tool enhancements.
• Manage function including ATM monitoring apps, contracts, data analytics, and asset tools.
• Apply Lean thinking to optimize function activities.
