Job summary

Truist Financial is seeking a dedicated specialist to consult with leaders, deliver training, and support regional operations. The role focuses on process training, onboarding, risk management, and compliance across premier banking functions.

The position requires strong communication, meticulous time management, and ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education
• Five or more years of related financial services experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills, relationship-building expertise with clients, teammates, and other internal partners
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels
• Ability to work independently, meticulous, strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to identify and resolve issues
• Demonstrated technical ability with regards to remote access and proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft office.

Responsibilities

• Consult on business needs and priorities within the region and line of business.
• Provide business process training and administrative support to leaders and teammates.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding with premier leaders and manage access and compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of lending systems, regulatory requirements, and training solutions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the business.
• Provide time management and administrative support including expense management and travel planning.
