Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, service, and maintain ATMs in the Midland area. You will represent the Client Atleos brand, perform module-level maintenance, and resolve issues per SLA while documenting activities and reporting progress.

The role requires basic electrical/mechanical aptitude, problem solving, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Training will be provided, and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–1 years of related experience.
• Must have basic electrical and mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and an Android smartphone to receive work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance, repairs, and component replacement at the module level.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Provide status reports throughout the service repair.
• Diagnose problems based on information and ATM error logs.
• Own customer issues until resolution per SLA.
