Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Field Service Technician to service Client-branded ATM equipment. You will troubleshoot at the module level, plan your schedule, and escalate issues as needed while following standard procedures.

This role requires basic electrical/mechanical aptitude, reliable transportation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Training is provided, and some travel or weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to work with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and component replacement at module level.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Provide status reports during service repair.
• Diagnose problems from call details and ATM logs.
• Own customer issues until resolution per SLA.
• Follow security procedures when working with ATMs and financial institutions.
• Complete Client training and certifications.
• Report calls and activity accurately and promptly.
