Job summary

Mindlance seeks a Field Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, and maintain ATMs at client sites. You will represent the brand, diagnose routine module-level issues, and plan your schedule to meet service levels.

Training and certifications are provided to start and advance your career in field service. You will perform preventive maintenance, manage parts and reports, and respond to service calls with independence and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 0–1 years of related experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Android smartphone to receive work orders and access support documentation.
• Basic tools: #1 and #2 flathead and Phillips screwdrivers are most common.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance, repairs, and component replacement at the module level.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Provide status reports throughout the service repair.
• Diagnose problems from call information and ATM error logs.
• Own customer issues until resolution per SLA agreements.
• Follow security procedures when working with ATMs and financial institutions.
• Complete Client-specific training and certifications.
• Report calls and activity accurately and promptly.
