Job summary

Client is seeking a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, service, and maintain ATMs with on-the-job training provided. Represent the Client brand, solve problems at the module level, organize your time, and escalate issues when needed.

You will perform maintenance, diagnose issues from calls and logs, and own customer issues through resolution. Travel may be required; some shifts could include nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, 0-1 years of related experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• An Android smart phone to receive work orders and access support documentation.
• Have basic tools: #1 and #2 flathead and Philips screwdrivers are common.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance, repairs, and component replacement at the module level.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Provide status reports throughout the service repair.
• Diagnose problems from calls and ATM error logs.
• Own customer issues until resolution per SLA agreements.
• Follow security procedures when working with ATMs or financial institutions.
• Complete Client-specific training and certifications.
• Promptly report calls and activities.
