Job summary

Client in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and maintain ATMs. Training will be provided to troubleshoot and repair ATM modules, with emphasis on problem-solving and on-site customer service.

You will represent the Client brand, manage calls, and escalate issues as needed while adhering to security and SLA requirements. Travel and rotating shifts may be involved depending on service area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a basic toolkit are expected.
• Android smartphone needed to receive work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance, repairs, and component replacement at module level.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Provide status reports throughout service repairs.
• Diagnose problems from calls and ATM logs.
• Own customer issues until resolution per SLA.
• Follow security procedures when working with ATMs.
• Complete Client training and certifications.
• Report calls and activity promptly and accurately.
