Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Field Service Technician to service ATMs, troubleshoot at a basic module level, and represent the Client brand on-site. You will plan your time, follow routine procedures, and complete standardized activities while escalating issues when needed.

The role involves manual work, potential travel, and possible night/weekend shifts, with training provided for ATM troubleshooting and Client-specific certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have 0-1 years of related experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• An Android smart phone to receive work orders and access support documentation.
• Have basic tools: #1 and #2 flathead and Philips screwdrivers are most common.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance, repairs, and component replacement at the module level.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Provide status reports throughout service repair.
• Diagnose problems from call info and ATM error logs.
• Own customer issues until resolution per SLA.
