Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Field Service Technician to service ATMs for Client, representing the brand and performing module-level troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs. You will organize your time effectively and escalate issues when necessary.

No extensive prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. Expect potential travel, lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasional night/weekend shifts; access to an Android device for work orders is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, 0-1 years of related experience.
• Reliable transportation to service area.
• Android smartphone to receive work orders and access support docs.
• Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude; able to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance, repairs, and component replacement at the module level.
• Maintains parts inventory and related records.
• Provides status reports throughout the service repair.
• Diagnose problems based on information and error logs.
• Own customer issues until resolution according to SLA.
• Follow security safety procedures when working with ATMs.
• Complete Client-specific training and certifications.
• Promptly report calls and activity, as required.
