Job summary

Mindlance seeks a Field Service Engineer responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of financial/ATM equipment within a defined territory. You will own customer problems from report to resolution, following SLAs, and perform Tier I repairs on PCs, POS devices, and ATMs.

Role includes site prep, minor testing, and occasional modular swaps. Travel within the assigned region is required, with flexibility for nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in PC hardware maintenance and support; A+ Certification.
• A+ Certification or related IT training.
• ITE or Polytechnic in Electronics and Communications Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Owns customer problems/incidents until resolution and within SLAs.
• Responds to customer concerns by resolving or escalating as needed.
• Performs maintenance and minor repairs on Tier I equipment (PCs, POS, ATMs, printers).
• Assists in site preparation and equipment installation/testing.
• Builds relationships with customers and represents Client positively.
