Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair, service, and maintain ATMs, representing the Client brand and ensuring issues are resolved per SLA. Training is provided to troubleshoot at the module level and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities include diagnosing problems from error logs, reporting status, and maintaining inventory while adhering to safety procedures. Shift availability varies by area, with potential travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to work 8/9am shifts depending on area.
• High integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, skillset and knowledge.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and component replacement at the module level.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Provide status reports throughout service repair.
• Diagnose problems based on provided information and ATM error logs.
• Own customer issues until resolution per SLA; follow safety procedures.
• Complete Client specific training and certifications.
• Report calls and activity accurately and promptly.
