Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Field Service Technician to service ATMs for Client. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain ATM modules, organize schedules, and escalate issues as needed. Training will be provided to troubleshoot and service ATMs.

The role involves travel, potential shift variations, and lifting equipment; prior experience is not required, and a high school diploma is sufficient to start. An Android phone and basic tools are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to diagnose problems and work with basic electrical/mechanical concepts.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and escalate issues as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance, repairs, and component replacement at module level.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Provide status reports during service repairs.
• Diagnose problems using call details and ATM error logs.
• Take ownership of customer issues until resolution per SLA.
