Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory.

You will perform installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance on ATM equipment, providing on-site support and customer service. This role requires a hands-on electronics background, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, valid driver’s license, and willingness to work extended hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or 3–5 years of field service experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to travel domestically as needed.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATM’s or other products in a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Coordinate with internal and external support departments to provide maintenance for end users.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements as defined per customer contract.
• Handle tasks on medium to high complexity products and services.
• Occasional travel with short notice beyond home geography when required.
