Job summary

NRT Technology Corp. in the casino technology sector seeks a Field Service Technician to provide on-site support for ATM and cash-handling devices across a designated service area.

You will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain hardware and software, traveling regularly by car. You will work closely with internal support teams and casino staff to ensure timely issue resolution. Comprehensive training and required tools are provided to enable success.

Qualifications

• College diploma or technical certification in a relevant technology field.
• 1–2 years of experience servicing ATMs, computer electronics, or cash-handling equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with gaming licenses or casino environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service dispatches, including nights, weekends, or overtime as needed.
• Diagnose, repair, replace, and adjust hardware components and update software.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues with diagnostic tools.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Install, relocate, or upgrade ATMs and cash-handling equipment.
• Provide on-site training to customers on installed systems.
• Maintain timely follow-up and high customer satisfaction.
