Job summary

NRT Technology Corp is seeking a Field Service Technician to support field operations across our FinTech and gaming platforms. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform routine maintenance, and install hardware and software per field requests.

The role emphasizes customer interactions, on-site service, and adherence to safety and company procedures across casino environments. A technical background with Windows proficiency and strong communication is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in IT, mechanical or electronic related profession.
Associate’s degree in a technology field.
Must communicate effectively with internal and external personnel, both verbally and in writing.
PC literacy and knowledge of relevant tools and methods.
Experience servicing ATM or ticket redemption products in casino environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

Incident Handling: Troubleshoot HW and SW with diagnostic tools; repair HW at component level; install SW.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine checks and refill consumables.
IMAC/R: Install, Move, Add, Change and Remove hardware/software.
Customer Training: Instruct customers and provide follow-up on concerns.
Process Tasks: Brief dispatch on incidents; update dispatch; debrief actions.
Continuous Improvement: Propose improvements and share knowledge via knowledge base.
Training: Attend hardware/software trainings and obtain certifications.
Administration: Install FCOs and maintain dispatch information and reports.
Security and Safety: Drive safely; protect company vehicle and equipment.
