Job summary

Cash Depot, Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, convert, repair and service ATMs, Air/Vac equipment and related products across assigned routes.

You will perform cash replenishment, coordinate with dispatch, complete administrative paperwork, and maintain safety and equipment metrics while working with a team.

This full-time role requires driving, physical tasks, and on-call availability, with training provided to maintain technical competencies.

Qualifications

• High School Degree / GED
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift
• Ability to lift and perform tasks safely
• Experience in trouble shooting or electro mechanical work
• Follow Field Service Handbook
• Excellent communication skills, written/verbal
• Organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker and problem-solver
• Ability to adapt to change in the workplace

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and other equipment and Cash Depot products.
• Perform cash replenishment and coin removal as scheduled.
• Coordinate with the territory dispatcher to execute dispatch requests.
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor or Cash Depot staff.
• Communicate inventory and support requests to complete scheduled tasks.
• Maintain administrative paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain department metrics for efficiency, safety and first-time fix rate.
• Assist other technicians and participate in ride-along training as needed.
