Job summary

Cash Depot is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, diagnose and maintain ATMs and Air/Vac equipment across customer sites. The role requires driving to locations, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to service requests with precision and safety in mind.

The ideal candidate will have electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting safety and accuracy standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Experience in troubleshooting or electro-mechanical work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac and related equipment.
• Perform cash replenishment and coin removal as scheduled.
• Coordinate with dispatcher to fulfill dispatch requests.
• Complete administrative paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain department metrics (efficiency, safety, first-time fix rate).
• Assist other technicians and participate in ride-along training when needed.
• Follow all security procedures and company policies.
