Job summary

Cash Depot is a leading independent provider in the United States, specializing in ATM and Air/Vac equipment installation and maintenance. This field technician role covers travel within the assigned territory to install, repair, and service our cash-management solutions.

You will perform cash replenishment, coordinate with dispatch, and complete paperwork accurately while upholding safety and efficiency. A valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy equipment are essential; you will train

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, repair and remove ATMs and Air/Vac equipment.
• Perform cash replenishment and coin removal as scheduled.
• Coordinate with territory dispatcher to fulfill dispatch requests.
• Complete administrative paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain safety and efficiency metrics; assist training as needed.
