Job summary

Cash Depot, Ltd. is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and related equipment across customer sites. You will perform cash replenishment, coordinate with dispatchers, and complete required paperwork while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires travel in the territory, on-call duties, and a professional appearance. Comprehensive benefits and a profit-sharing program are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and insurability.
• Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift.
• Experience in trouble shooting or electro mechanical work.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and other equipment and Cash Depot products.
• Perform cash replenishment and coin removal.
• Coordinate with dispatcher to execute requests.
• Complete administrative paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain department metrics such as efficiency, safety, and first-time fix rate.
• Assist other technicians and participate in ride-along training.
