Job summary

Cash Depot in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair ATMs and Air/Vac equipment. You will work in a traveling team, perform cash replenishment, and coordinate with the dispatcher to fulfill service requests.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment. On-site responsibilities include strict safety practices, on-call duty, and teamwork to meet performance metrics and customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift.
• Excellent communication skills, written/verbal.
• Proven organization, attention to detail, problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and other equipment.
• Perform cash replenishment and coin removal as scheduled.
• Coordinate with territory dispatcher to execute dispatch requests.
• Complete administrative paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain safety and quality metrics and assist training rides as needed.
