Job summary

Cash Depot is seeking a Field Service Technician responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of ATMs, Air/Vac equipment and related products. The role requires driving to client sites, performing scheduled replenishments, and coordinating with dispatch for timely service.

The candidate should be mechanically inclined with troubleshooting experience, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic field environment. Travel and on-call hours are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to be insured.
• Ability to drive a vehicle for over 50% of the shift.
• Experience in trouble shooting or electro mechanical work.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Organized, detail oriented, multi‑tasker and problem solver.
• Ability to adapt to change in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and other Cash Depot equipment.
• Perform cash replenishment and coin removal as scheduled or requested.
• Coordinate with territory dispatcher to fulfill dispatch requests.
• Complete all assigned administrative paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain department metrics for efficiency, safety and first time fix rate.
• Assist other technicians and participate in ride-along training as needed.
