Job summary

Cash Depot is seeking a Field Service Technician in Flint, MI to install, maintain, and service ATMs and Air/Vac equipment. Travel and on-call duties are required, with a typical route that includes on-site diagnostics and repairs at customer locations.

The role emphasizes safe operation, accurate paperwork, and timely communication with dispatch and customers. You will join a team delivering reliable cash management services across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external contacts.
• Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker and problem-solver.
• Ability to adapt to changes in workload or duties.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and other Cash Depot equipment.
• Perform cash replenishment and coin removal as scheduled.
• Coordinate with territory dispatcher to execute dispatch requests.
• Complete administrative paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain department metrics such as efficiency and safety.
• Assist other technicians and participate in ride-along training as needed.
