Job summary

Cash Depot is the leading independent provider in the United States specializing in retail cash management, ATM solutions, and Air/Vac systems. The Field Service Technician will install, service and maintain ATMs and Air/Vac equipment across assigned routes, ensuring operational readiness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include installation, repairs, cash replenishment, dispatch coordination, and accurate reporting, with on-site work and occasional training of junior technicians.

Qualifications

• High School Degree / GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to be insured.
• Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift.
• Experience in trouble shooting or electro mechanical work.
• Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts.
• Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and other equipment and Cash Depot products.
• Perform cash replenishment and coin removal as scheduled and requested.
• Coordinate with the territory dispatcher to execute dispatch requests.
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor or Cash Depot staff.
• Maintain inventory and communicate support requests to complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Perform administrative paperwork in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain department metrics such as efficiency, safety, and first-time fix rate.
• Assist other technicians and participate in ride-along training as needed.
• Follow all security procedures and policies.
