Job summary

Cash Depot is seeking a field technician to install, service, and repair ATMs and Air/Vac equipment across our service area. Overnight travel out of town is required on an alternating schedule. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely communication with dispatch and customers.

Responsibilities include cash replenishment, equipment removal, and maintaining detailed paperwork. Candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while adhering

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to drive over 50% of shift.
• Experience in troubleshooting or electro-mechanical work.
• Able to follow Field Service Handbook procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and related equipment.
• Perform cash replenishment and coin removal as scheduled.
• Coordinate with territory dispatcher to fulfill dispatch requests.
• Complete tasks and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Maintain department metrics for efficiency and safety.
• Assist training and ride-along sessions as needed.
• Follow security procedures and policies.
