Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and maintain ATMs across the Chicago area. This full-time role requires on-site visits, diagnostics, repairs, software loading, and preventive maintenance.

You will train staff, coordinate with internal teams, manage parts inventory, and complete timely reports. Some travel and on-call duties are required, with a focus on customer service and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of field service experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to travel nationwide.
• On-call duties with compensation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Travel to customers as needed with short notice.
• Complete administrative reports on time.
• Ensure service levels per contract.
• Operate with minimal supervision.
