Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service ATMs within a defined territory in the United States. You will perform on-site repairs, maintenance, software loading, and replacements, ensuring uptime and customer satisfaction.

This role requires travel within the country, ability to lift parts, and the discipline to complete administrative reports. You may train peers and operate with minimal supervision to uphold service level agreements.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electronics required or equivalent experience in field service.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs and related products within a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Work with internal/external support to provide maintenance services.
• Maintain service level agreements as defined per contract.
• Complete administrative reports within given timelines.
• Travel as required and operate with a flexible on-call schedule.
