Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. seeks a Field Service Engineer to service ATMs within a defined territory. You will install, repair and maintain ATM systems, load software and provide on-site support, with occasional travel beyond home geography.

You will train staff, collaborate with support teams, manage spare parts and complete reports. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50-80 lbs, willingness to work flexible shifts and on-call duty with security awareness.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent; ATM experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in field service with electronics/EM equipment knowledge.
• Travel nationwide and lift up to 80 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs within territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support to deliver service.
• Maintain service levels per customer contracts.
• Travel as needed with short notice.
• Complete administrative reports on time.
