Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician (ATM) to service and maintain ATMs within the assigned territory. You will provide on-site support, perform repairs, software loading, and preventive maintenance, and may train other technicians. Some travel is required.

Ideal candidates have an electronics or electro-mechanical background, the ability to use voltmeters and hand tools, and are capable of lifting up to 80 lbs. A valid driver's license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; 3–5 years field service experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and lift heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel and work varied shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs or other products in a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Collaborate with internal/external support for end-user maintenance.
• Maintain service levels as defined per customer contract.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on ATM equipment.
