Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician (ATM) to service and maintain Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) within a defined territory. The role includes on-site repair, maintenance, software loading, and customer support; some travel is required.

The Field Service Engineer may assist with training, equipment staging, and integration, and must maintain a valid driver’s license while working a flexible schedule with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent field service experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use voltmeters (analog and digital).
• Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work all shifts/on-call.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs in a defined territory.
• Load software and perform preventive maintenance on ATMs.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal and external support to meet SLAs.
• Travel as needed and provide on-call support.
• Complete administrative reports.
