Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service ATMs within a defined territory. You will perform on-site repair, maintenance and software loading, ensuring optimal ATM performance and customer satisfaction.

This role requires occasional travel, strong technical knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical systems, and the ability to train bank staff and vendors on maintenance tasks. A valid driver’s license and physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or 3–5 years field service experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to travel nationwide and lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs in a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Work with internal and external support departments to provide maintenance support to the end user.
• Maintain all Service Level Agreements as defined per customer contract.
• Complete administrative reports within the specified timelines.
