Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc. seeks a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) within a defined territory. The role includes on-site support for repair, maintenance and replacements, with some travel required.

The engineer may train new field staff and assist with staging and integration of ATMs. Candidates should have an associate’s degree in electronics or equivalent experience, strong electronics and electro-mechanical knowledge, and the ability to travel as

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Travel to other areas of the country may be needed.
• On-Call duty is required for all FSE positions.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs or other products in a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to provide maintenance support.
• Meet all customer contract Service Levels and respond to service requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and cleaning of ATMs.
• Complete administrative reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain company property and valid driver’s license.
• Support on-call duties and travel as required.
