Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATM systems within a defined territory. You will provide on-site repair, maintenance and replacement services for ATMs, train bank staff, and assist with staging and integration of machines.

Some travel required. You will install, repair, load software, perform preventive maintenance, manage spare parts, and complete administrative reports with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• ATM experience preferred but not required, or 3–5 years field service experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs or other products in a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Work with internal and external support departments to provide maintenance support to the end user.
• Maintain all Service Level Agreements per customer contract.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on ATMs.
