Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, repair and maintain ATMs across its designated territory. You will provide on-site support, perform diagnostics, software loading, preventive maintenance and occasional training for new field engineers.

Some travel within the country is required and you will work with customers to meet SLAs. Candidates should have electronics knowledge, at least an associate degree or 3–5 years field service experience, and the

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 3–5 years field service experience in electronics.
• Strong understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain ATMs within defined territory.
• Train staff and vendors on maintenance procedures.
• Travel as required and work with customer contracts.
