Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. operates ATM self-service technologies and provides on-site service for ATMs across a defined territory. The Field Service Engineer performs installation, repair, maintenance and software loading, with travel to customers and occasional training for new engineers.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and customer support while ensuring adherence to service agreements. On-call and travel responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• Prior ATM experience preferred, but not required.
• 3 5 years of field service experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Provide on-site support and coordinate with internal/external teams to deliver maintenance per customer contracts.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and testing of ATM systems.
