Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service ATMs across customer sites in the Phoenix area. You will perform basic troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and repairs with on-the-job training, using an Android device for updates and reporting.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and clear communication with customers while working a flexible schedule. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required, with paid training and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to work in the US with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair ATM hardware on site at customer locations.
• Follow safety procedures and complete NCR Atleos trainings.
• Accurately report work performed, hours, and miles using service app.
• Maintain parts inventory and keep records up to date.
• Escalate issues appropriately and communicate clearly with customers.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate degree preferred

Basic Electrical aptitude

Mechanical aptitude
